I’m Emma, a yoga and mat Pilates instructor with a focus on intelligent, grounded movement.
My classes blend mindful sequencing and anatomical precision with a calm, steady energy that supports every level of student.
With a background in both meditative hatha and strength-based Pilates, I design classes that feel creative, purposeful and safe.
My goal is simple: to help you move better, feel stronger, and leave class more connected to yourself than when you walked in.
